I haven't posted in a while, but I have neither forgotten about "The all-new Atrium" nor have I lost my interest in freestyle fashion.
Anyhow, to answer the question, "What is freestyle fashion," Firefoxheels said in the first paragraph of his three paragraph answer, "For too long, women have had all the choice when it comes to clothing. They have even developed their own style with traditionally male clothes, such as trousers/pants or suits. But now many men are developing their own styles too, should they so choose, with traditionally female clothes, thus claiming their total clothing rights in the same way as women have. That's only fair in an equal society. Anything else is discrimination and we all know discrimination is wrong. It's Freestyle, it's happening, and it's happening NOW!"
You can see the rest of Firefoxheels' answer at his website, http://freespace.virgin.net/firey.fox/freestyle.htm
This is a good website to get an introduction to freestyle fashion. After I discovered it several years ago, that answer along with the freestyle fashion links, gave me more confidence to wear my freestyle fashion in public. I've also printed that first paragraph on strips of paper which I also direct readers to go to the that website to learn more about our "lifestyle." I even included my e-mail address to invite questions and comments. I would give these strips of paper to people I encounter when I wear my freestyle outfits in public. I've had a few responses over the pass two years since I started giving these strips out.
The problem is Firefoxheels has not updated his website in years. I think it's been the same when I first discovered it. While his answer is still valid, many of his links have gone dead. Three examples include Chris' Atrium ("Freestyle... It's THE place."), Dale Miller's pages ("Very innovative style with skirts and heels"), and Lewis' pantyhose and fashion freedom page. When I e-mailed firefoxheels@hotmail.com to tell him about the dead links, I got a "Delivery Status Notification (Failure)" reply that said, "This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification Delivery to the following recipients failed. firefoxheels@hotmail.com"
Does anyone know how to get in touch with Firefoxheels or whoever is running that website? If and when you do, tell him to update his links and, of course, to include a link to the New Atrium.
Thanks for reading and for your assistance.
RYAN
